What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date. For cancellations within 7 days, a partial refund may apply. Weather-related rescheduling is always accommodated at no charge.
Do I need to be certified to book a package?
No! Our 'Try Scuba' package is perfect for beginners with no certification. The Open Water packages are for those learning to dive. If you're already certified, call us for custom dive trip packages.
What's the best time of year to visit Key Largo?
Key Largo diving is excellent year-round! Summer (June-August) offers warm water and calm seas. Winter (December-March) brings clearer visibility and fewer crowds. We operate daily all year.
Are meals included besides breakfast?
Only breakfast is included. However, we're located near excellent restaurants in Key Largo, and our team can recommend great local spots for lunch and dinner.
What should I bring for my dive package?
Bring swimwear, sunscreen, towels, and casual clothing. For certification courses, you'll complete PADI eLearning before arrival. We provide all scuba equipment, but you're welcome to bring your own gear.
