  • Positive Identification Card (PIC) *required for certification
  • Q&A with KLSD Dive Staff (optional)

  • Minimum Age is 10 years old
  • All participants must know how to swim
  • All participants must pass a swim assessment
  • All scuba diving training requires a satisfactory level of health and physical ability. A medical questionnaire is required before going into the water. Some medical histories will require physician approval and signature.
