Private charters and private instruction is nonrefundable upon booking. In the event of bad weather and cancellation is required for safety reasons customer will be given the option to reschedule to another time or receive a refund for the cancelled trip minus a processing fee not to exceed 8% of refund amount to cover some of the associated processing fees.
